Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Kansas City, MO | Pediatric NICU Care

What You’ll Do
  • Provide neonatal care in a comprehensive Level-IIIB NICU environment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and unit education programs
  • Engage in family-centered care, utilizing programs like NICU Family Support and Angel Eye
  • Support well-baby coverage and alternative NICU levels as needed
  • Contribute to a collegial, resource-rich environment with advanced ventilator and monitoring support
  • Mentor new staff and assist in ongoing staff education

What You Need
  • Valid Board Certified Neonatal NP license
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic NICU setting
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
  • Commitment to high standards of neonatal care
