What You’ll Do
As a Crew Member, you’ll help bring the Jersey Mike’s experience to life by:
Preparing fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike’s standards
Providing friendly, personalized service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer
Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment
Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
Learning all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork
Creating positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mike’s signature “neighborly banter”
Working with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive restaurant culture

Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn!
Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reliable attendance and transportation
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Must meet applicable age requirements for operating certain equipment, including slicer equipment, where required by state or local regulations
Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable
