We’re looking for a Service Business Development Center (BDC) Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and is ready to help us deliver five-star experiences to every guest.
What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for service customers via phone, text, and email.

Schedule service appointments and manage follow-up communication with professionalism and energy.

Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.

Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to create seamless customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
