Skills and Abilities : * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings. * Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. * Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. * Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. * Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form. Experience : * This position requires a minimum of five years related experience in a maintenance role. * This position requires a minimum of two years of related experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. * Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications (For this position to be successful): * 24/7 operations manufacturing experience preferred. * Experience with vacuum casting furnaces, injection press machines, and/or Fanuc & Motoman robotic systems is preferred. Join us where you will be part of a dedicated team to manufacture high tech products, safely, accurately, and efficiently, you will perform a variety of hands-on operations in accordance with standardized processes within customer specifications. Salary: * Anticipated Pay Range: $65K-75K per year.
*Pay rates within this range are determined based on various factors including experience, education, certifications, etc. Essential Duties & Responsibilities, not limited to: * Coordinate work orders for production equipment. * Attend meetings with manufacturing and engineering personnel to develop scopes of work and action plans for equipment repair and improvements. * Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization. * Utilize basic hand tools and electrical diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair equipment deficiencies. * Train and mentor less experienced technicians on maintenance best practices for their respective area and equipment. * Develop processes and procedures to improve equipment uptime. * Leads work efforts for specific project tasks. * Must comply with all company attendance policies and guidelines; this includes, but is not limited to, regular attendance and occasional overtime. * Ability to work in team environments, Solo work and working with all levels management, Eng and people. * Willing to participate in continuous improvements initiatives within our process to enhance the work task. * Other duties as assigned.
