Engage with local residents and business owners to understand their unique protection needs.

Explain the benefits of our insurance offerings in a clear, accessible, and friendly manner.

Manage your daily schedule to meet potential clients in the Newark area.

Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure every potential client feels heard and supported.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions within our internal tracking system.

Participate in team morning huddles to share successes and learn new strategies from colleagues.

Requirement

Strong comfort level with initiating conversations with strangers.

Ability to learn and explain complex product details clearly.

Punctuality and a reliable personal transportation method.

Willingness to obtain required state insurance licensing.

Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
