Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
  • Salary Range: $287,000 - $319,000 annually
  • Bonuses: Possible quality and productivity bonuses

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in a collaborative team setting
  • Emphasize preventative care and treatment of chronic conditions
  • Manage and coordinate care with a broad spectrum of specialists across UCHealth network
  • Use a care-team model supported by clinical MAs to optimize patient interactions
  • Share phone-only call responsibilities with minimal weekend coverage
  • Maintain high-quality patient outcomes in a family-oriented community
  • Stay current with medical best practices through continuous learning and collaboration
What You Need:
Required:
  • Medical license successful completion of residency (board eligible/board certified)
  • Strong clinical skills in internal medicine
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred:
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary primary care setting
  • Ability to adapt to a collaborative healthcare environment
