Licensed Plumber Job Summary:

American Leak Detection of the greater Denver Colorado area is seeking a highly motivated full-time Licensed Plumber to perform electronic water leak detections and plumbing repairs for residential and/or commercial properties. Perform all duties while maintaining our business objective to provide excellent customer service.

Base Salary:

• Pay is $95k+ annually
• Advancement opportunities from there

In the job you’ll be asked to: do leak detections on interior and exterior residential & commercial properties. Installation, repair, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems and fixtures. Ability to read and review blueprints and as-builts with a strong understanding of the Colorado Plumbing Code.

• Master underground line tracking, video, ultrasonic, and infrared technologies
• Repair leaks that are found
• Leave customers home in a clean orderly condition

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in repairing plumbing leaks
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.

• Current Driver’s License, with relatively clean driving record.
• Ability to create well written and concise reports to effectively describe the leak issue.
• Self-motivated, enjoy working independently, self-starter, organized, and enjoys being self-directed
• Neat appearance / Has a high standard of professionalism and character.
• Mechanically inclined, knows how to use a variety of tools.
• Ability to take on physical work and capable of moving/lifting up to 100 pounds

Required

• Valid plumbing license in Colorado

Education

High School or equivalent / some college education.
