Job description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Field Lead Signage Installer and take charge of delivering high-quality signage installations across diverse locations! In this energetic role, you will lead a team of installers, coordinate installation projects, and ensure that every signage solution is executed flawlessly. Your expertise will help transform spaces with visually impactful signage that meets client specifications and safety standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills while working on engaging, hands-on projects in the field. Duties * Lead and supervise a team of signage installers, providing clear direction and support throughout each project * Plan daily installation schedules, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely completion of all signage installations * Use specialized tools and equipment to securely install various types of signage, including digital displays, banners, and static signs * Conduct site assessments to determine optimal installation methods and ensure safety compliance at all times * Utilize measurement tools such as the ohmmeter to verify electrical connections and troubleshoot wiring issues when necessary * Maintain detailed records of installation progress, site conditions, and safety inspections * Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to confirm specifications and address any on-site challenges promptly Experience * Prior experience in signage installation or related fieldwork is highly preferred * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices such as the ohmmeter * Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and installation instructions with precision * Knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards related to signage installation is a plus * Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site * Physical stamina to lift heavy signage materials, work at heights, and perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a visible impact!
