This role partners closely with the broader Sales Ops team, Sales leadership, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data, effective territory coverage, and operational support that enables revenue growth and sales execution./ppOur Sales Operations Analyst Specialist plays a key role in maintaining Salesforce processes and data integrity, supporting forecast and funnel reporting, enabling QBRs and account planning, and delivering actionable insights for sales leaders. This position also supports ongoing GTM programs, compensation validation, and ad-hoc analysis related to territories, accounts, and strategic sales initiatives./ppResponsibilities:/pulliSupport territory analysis and account assignment to ensure balanced coverage and alignment with GTM strategy./liliManage Salesforce onboarding and offboarding processes for sales users and accounts./liliMaintain CRM governance and data integrity across accounts, hierarchies, opportunities, and contacts./liliSupport account ownership changes, hierarchy updates, and account-related approvals./li/ululliVerify and maintain data accuracy within Salesforce to support reliable reporting, forecasting, and GTM insights./liliSupport ongoing CRM data audits and data integrity initiatives./liliPartner with Sales Operations leadership and IT on system enhancements and process improvements./li/ululliSupport execution of ongoing GTM programs and sales incentives, including progress tracking, performance monitoring, and gap analysis./liliAssist with sales and churn compensation validation in partnership with the Sales Compensation Team./liliProvide operational support for forecasting and funnel management./liliSupport Sales Operations with operational analysis and automation of sales workflows./liliAct as a liaison for sales-related data and process questions, ensuring timely resolution of issues./li/ululliSupport forecast and funnel management for sales and churn reporting./liliDeliver data and analysis to support QBRs, account planning, and 1LM / 2LM leadership reviews./liliProvide strategic GTM engagement and deal insights to frontline and second-line managers, as well as QBHCs./liliRespond to ad-hoc inquiries and reporting requests related to territories, accounts, pipeline, and GTM initiatives./liliPartner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT to support Sales Operations processes and initiatives/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliBachelors degree or higher with a business-related focus required./liliMinimum of three (3) years of experience in sales operations, financial analysis, business operations, or a related analytical role preferred./liliTelecom industry experience preferred, but not required./liliWorking knowledge of Salesforce CRM; experience with data management and reporting strongly preferred./liliProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables; experience with reporting tools a plus./liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights./liliStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to various audiences./liliDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities./liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment./liliFlexible and adaptable, able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision./li/ulpEstimated Base Salary Range: $53,300.00 - $82,000.00 USD/annually./ppThe base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
