SiTime is seeking a HR Coordinator to support the HR Team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering smooth, efficient, and professional interview experience for candidates and support to the HR team. You'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, ensuring each step of the hiring process runs seamlessly. In addition, this role will assist with coordination activities related to an acquisition, helping ensure accurate communication, scheduling, and documentation during the integration process. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities.

Location: In person - 5 days per week in the Santa Clara office
Compensation: $52.00 an hour. This is a contract role and does not include company benefits.
