The Project Controller Associate is an entry-level position in financial planning, project controlling, and business operations. This position will work closely with senior project controllers, finance managers, and cross-functional teams to support various financial processes while gaining hands-on experience in a global, high-tech environment.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with 1-4+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 0-2+ years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail Basic understanding of financial principles (budgeting, forecasting, P&L, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a structured, collaborative environment Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team Preferred Qualifications Accounting and project control appetite ERP System understanding Strong skills in Office 365, especially in Excel Familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is a plus but not required
