Generate Work Orders / Purchase Requisitions / Non-WO Purchase Requisitions, Submit In-Service / Completions to Capital Asset Accounting, Request Accounting structures / IOs and other job duties as they arise. This resource will support the SPS, PSCo and NSP regions of Xcel Energy.
Resource must have strong proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel/Word, strong professionalism and strong written and verbal communication skills. Must possess root cause analysis, critical thinking/analysis skills which includes taking initiative to ask questions to figure things out. Even with little to no experience, this resource must still exhibit workplace etiquette.
Must be a strong team player and collaborator. Must show initiative to work through problems and situations.
Would like to see some experience. This is an entry level role, we are targeting at least 1 year of experience within a project support role, however, level of work experience is open. If they do not have college experience/education, leader would like to see viable workforce experience.
