We're growing our St. Louis presence and looking for the right clinician to grow with us.
What the role looks like:
You'll work with kids across the St. Louis area in the environments that matter most — their homes and their schools. You'll lead assessments, design individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and partner closely with families to make sure progress doesn't stop when the session does.
No two days look the same. That's kind of the point.

You're who we're looking for if you...
Hold your BCBA certification (BCaBA under supervision welcome to apply)
Have experience in home and/or school-based ABA
Lead with empathy — for kids, families, and your team
Want clinical autonomy without feeling like you're on an island
Are located in or around the St. Louis metro area
