Project Description: Build a new compensation plan, research job requirements and evaluate job positions to ensure the organization is competitive and equitable in employee pay.
Responsibilities:
This work is under the primary direction of OIT's Sr Manager of HR Operations and secondary direction of OIT's Chief People Officer. The OIT HR Team works 100% remote from various locations throughout the State of Colorado (only CO residents may apply).
