Crusoe is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support the building and execution of sourcing strategies for corporate services including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel. You will support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development to contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
As a key business partner to corporate leaders, you will help deliver value, mitigate risk, and ensure the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe's growth. This is a foundational role for a professional looking to scale their career in indirect procurement within a high-growth, mission-driven technology company.

Compensation Range: Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $88,850 -$101,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
