Job Description: The Assured Mission Networks Division is seeking a Program Finance Lead responsible for managing the financial control of a critical program in Melbourne, FL. This role will be responsible for partnering with program managers and cross-functional teams to drive financial program execution, establish and maintain program financial plan, and perform detailed financial analysis to provide insight into cost and schedule health on a program.
Essential Functions:
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills: 2-5 years of experience with Hyperion, Peoplesoft & Queries. 6+ years of experience with EVM, financial performance reporting, internal/customer reporting, Strong interpersonal and leadership skills set, including the capability to interface and present with internal and external customers and form strong business partnerships with key program leaders. Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people of all levels within the organization. Self-starter with ability to proactively solve complex problems and issues in a timely manner with limited supervision. Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment. Good organizational skills and capable of prioritizing and executing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
