Dental Health Associates is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our Sun Prairie (AmCenter) clinic, working alongside Dr. Marilyn Henry on our Endodontic team. This is a 4 day work week with Mondays off, offering consistency in your schedule and the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and your team.

Compensation
Starting at $20 per hour, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience, especially for candidates with endodontic or periodontal surgical experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
- Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and schedule appointments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Provide post-operative instructions and help patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their visit.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellent patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience
- Previous dental assistant experience.
- Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology.
- Comfort assisting in surgical or specialty procedures is a strong plus.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a dental assistant program is preferred but not mandatory.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.
