Commercial Property Supervisor (On Site)

The Commercial Property Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations, financial performance, leasing activity, and physical condition of assigned commercial properties. This role works closely with Property Management leadership, maintenance teams, vendors, and internal partners to ensure high quality service delivery and strong portfolio performance.
This position contributes to key outcomes including revenue generation, tenant retention, operational excellence, and safe, well maintained environments for commercial tenants.
This position is based in Oakland, CA and requires full time on site presence across multiple commercial properties.
This role requires regular on site presence, including the ability to move throughout the property, stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift or carry materials as needed. The position involves interaction with tenants, vendors, and staff in both indoor and outdoor environments. Reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
Lead day to day operations of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high quality site management
Manage financial performance including rent collection, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Drive leasing activity, including marketing, tenant outreach, tours, and lease execution support
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial tenants, providing responsive, high touch service
Oversee maintenance operations, vendor coordination, and property conditions to ensure safe and well maintained environments
2-5 years of commercial property management or related experience
Strong operational and financial management skills, including budgeting, reporting, and analysis
Experience with leasing, tenant relations, and working with diverse business owners
Ability to manage multiple priorities across a high volume portfolio with strong organization and follow through
Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between EBALDC commercial properties in Oakland

Salary range $83,155.50 to $103,214.82 annually, commensurate with experience
