Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid

Contract Duration: 3 months
Pay Rate: $95.00$100.00 / Hour (USD)
Schedule: The work model will be hybrid, with an expectation of working a minimum of every other week Tuesday through Thursday at OGO. There may be some periods where working each week from OGO Tuesday through Thursday will be required. Mondays and Fridays are almost always remote.
Equipment Provided: A client laptop will be provided; a personal/supplier laptop cannot be used. Any additional equipment needed will be provided by the supplier.
Personal Phone: Required (with no reimbursement).
Mileage Reimbursement: Will be approved if the candidate is asked to go to any location besides the Oakland GO office; normal commute to OGO not included.
Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
The Senior Program Manager completes moderate to complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions, plans, and goals. This individual works independently on most issues, provides direction on overall program plans and goals, and is responsible for most or all deliverables within the program implementation plan. The role communicates findings and recommendations to various levels of management, develops budget forecasts, conducts analysis in support of identifying budget variances, and develops solutions to address them. The Senior Program Manager also develops new and ad-hoc reports, summarizes findings and recommendations, and provides business insight.
