Lead HVAC InstallerAccuAir Heating & CoolingCentral Oregon$40 - $50 per hour + Full Benefits Lead a Team • Take-Home Company Vehicle • Year-Round WorkAre you an experienced HVAC Installer who is ready to step into a leadership role where your skills are respected, your pay reflects your expertise, and you get to mentor and guide others?AccuAir Heating & Cooling is a locally owned company in Central Oregon looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who is focused, reliable, and ready to take ownership of quality installations while training and supervising other team members.What You'll Earn$40.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experienceMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceRetirement Plan with Company MatchPaid VacationPaid HolidaysSick LeaveCompany vehicle, iPad, phone, and uniformsTool programCompany-sponsored training and developmentSchedule Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed)What You'll DoLead and supervise HVAC installation crews on residential and light commercial projectsInstall heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standardsMentor and train other installers while maintaining high quality and efficiencyCommunicate clearly with homeowners, team members, and other tradesComplete all necessary paperwork, change orders, and follow-through on jobsEnsure projects are completed on time and with prideWhat You NeedValid EPA Certification (Level 1 & 2)Strong experience installing round and rectangular ductworkAbility to measure ductwork and install all equipment accessoriesBasic understanding of complex sheet metal fittingsExperience brazing and testing line setsAbility to complete simple low voltage connectionsStrong communication skills with customers and team membersValid driver's license with clean, insurable driving recordReliable attendance and a strong work ethicIf you're a skilled HVAC Installer who is ready to lead a team, earn excellent pay, and work with a locally owned company that values your experience and leadership, AccuAir is the place for you.Apply today - we're ready to talk with motivated installers who want to take the next step in their career.No phone calls or office visits please.
