The Wisco Project is Wisconsin's largest, scrappiest youth vote organization. We run large-scale organizing and digital programming to reach and mobilize young people across the state. In 2026, we will work to expand our youth coalitions, strengthen youth political power, and score progressive victories for young people across the state. This will be a crucial year for Wisconsin and we are in need of talented, dedicated staff ready to take on this challenge with us!
We are looking for a Director of Youth Communities to lead our largest effort yet to push beyond college campuses and build inroads with young workers, young parents, and other youth communities. The Director of Youth Communities should be someone who is passionate about finding creative ways to politically engage young people and building youth political power. The role will start this summer and will run through at least December 2026, with a possibility of extension. This position will be based in Madison, WI and requires a significant amount of in-person work. Supporter housing may be available.
