Compensation: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour (Weekly Pay)

We are currently expanding our team in Kailua and are seeking compassionate, reliable Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who want to make a tangible, positive impact on our local kupuna and families.

Assisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and essential medication reminders.
Providing meaningful companionship and emotional support to brighten each client's day.
Observing, tracking, and reporting any subtle changes in a client’s physical health or behavioral well-being.
Ensuring safe, reliable transportation for clients to medical appointments, grocery errands, and community outings.
Collaborating effectively with families and our internal care coordination team to ensure excellent, consistent care.
Completed training as a Nurse Aide (NA) or an active Hawaii state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Prior experience working with seniors or in a home care setting is a plus, but a compassionate heart and a strong work ethic are what matter most.
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable personal transportation.
Ability to safely assist clients with transfer, lifting, and mobility tasks.
Strong communication skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team mindset.
