Inception Plumbing, LLC. is seeking an experienced full-time Residential Plumbing Tech to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive compensation range of $85,000–$130,000+ per year.But that's not all we offer! The schedule is structured for consistency and efficiency, with no weekends and no on-call rotations required. Become part of a positive, supportive culture where every team member is respected and encouraged to succeed.YOUR ROLE:As a Residential Plumbing Tech, your responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing issues related to faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, water heaters, tankless systems, gas and leak repairs, water service and filtration systems, and general plumbing upgrades. You will interact directly with homeowners, provide clear explanations and recommendations, and ensure the safety and integrity of each property. Accurate documentation, professionalism, and the use of technology are integral to your daily routine. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities to apply your expertise while maintaining high standards of service and workmanship.Residential Plumbing Tech Requirements:3+ years of residential service plumbing experienceKnowledge of residential plumbing systems and the plumbing codeValid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to obtain/maintain a Class E licenseStrong communication and customer service skillsComfort with tablets, CRM, and dispatching softwareAbility to diagnose plumbing systems and provide clear options to homeownersCommitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanshipPhysical ability to lift up to 80 pounds, work in tight spaces, and handle various weather conditionsIntegrity, self-motivation, and a focus on continuous improvementREADY TO APPLY?We invite you to apply using our mobile-friendly application.
