As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in bringing that mission and vision to life by ensuring our restaurants are operating safely, efficiently, and consistently every single day.

Every day is different! You'll travel between our Dunkin' restaurants, partnering with Operations, Training, and Restaurant Managers to keep our equipment and facilities performing at their best.

Your responsibilities include:

• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair restaurant equipment, including:
• Espresso Machines
• TurboChef Ovens
• Bakery Ovens
• Hot Coffee Brewers
• Refrigeration equipment
• Smallwares and additional restaurant equipment
• Complete light plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
• Identify recurring equipment issues and help restaurants prevent future breakdowns through coaching and education.
• Work alongside our Director of Maintenance, District Managers, and General Managers to support restaurant success.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and prioritize repairs that impact guests and operations.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, positive, who is quick thinking and enjoys fixing problems while helping others succeed.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, restaurant equipment, or facilities experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and plumbing issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old and no longer enrolled in high school.
• Reliable transportation is required.
