Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic HR Generalist with payroll experience to manage daily human resources operations and oversee end-to-end payroll administration. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with 13 years of experience seeking to take ownership of payroll while continuing to grow their expertise in employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing payroll responsibilities with broader HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
The HR Generalist will serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding payroll questions, benefits, workplace policies, and HR processes. This role will be responsible for ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time while supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee onboarding, compliance, and reporting.
