Web Design and Content Creation
Knowledge of technical aspects of graphic design, website design and management.
Maintain all department and college webpages in DotCMS
Design webpage banners and graphics
Build event registration pages
Use UA calendar widget to promote events
Coordinate digital brochures and downloadable PDFs
Format and publish news stories and feature articles
Improve page layouts and user experience
Website Audits
Conduct regular reviews for outdated information
Check broken links
Review accessibility compliance
Email/CRM Marketing
Build and schedule recruitment email campaigns
Create event reminder emails
Develop inquiry nurture campaigns
Format and test email templates
Track campaign performance
Additional Position Information
Education: Requires a relevant bachelor's degree
Experience: Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience performing research and writing in varied styles, including social media content, letter writing, ad copywriting and publications writing. Ability to create and maintain web pages required. Proficiency with software applications, including Microsoft Office/Outlook and experience with emerging/popular web and social media apps required.
Physical Requirements: Job is physically comfortable; the individual is normally seated and has discretion about walking, standing, etc. May occasionally lift lightweight objects.
Working Conditions: Standard working environment with possible minor inconveniences due to occasional noise, crowded working conditions and/or minor heating/cooling or ventilation problems. Near continuous use (>70% of the time) of a video display terminal.
