Ideal candidate would be passionate about serving our clients on a variety of site development projects including commercial and institutional land/site development. Responsibilities of this position include design, project management and business development activities for assignments concentrated in a specific target area. Additional responsibilities include client interface, management of staff and financial management of projects assigned to the team including monthly financial reports and setting goals to meet business objectives. Great client service capability and technical knowledge of the design and management of projects are must haves. Experience with project types outside of our current portfolio is a plus. This position has an annual salary range as stated below and is, in good faith, an estimate. The actual offered salary will be dependent on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, industry experience and internal equity.
