The Universal Representative plays a key role in delivering comprehensive financial services to members, including processing transactions, assisting with loans, opening and maintaining accounts, and promoting credit union products. This role requires balancing service excellence with operational accuracy and sales performance.
You will support members throughout their financial journeywhether completing transactions, explaining loan options, or resolving account questionswhile ensuring all work is accurate, compliant, and aligned with credit union policies.
