JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Art Director to join in-house creative agency, Spring, and lead the adaptation of national brand campaigns into localized, multi-channel creative experiences. This role will be responsible for translating centralized creative strategies into compelling regional campaigns across retail, in-store, social, print, and out-of-home (OOH) channels. The ideal candidate combines exceptional visual design expertise with strong systems thinking, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced creative environment.

Industry Experience Required:
8+ years of experience in Art Direction, Visual Design, or Creative Campaign Development, preferably within an in-house creative agency, advertising agency, or consumer brand organization. Experience supporting large-scale retail or national marketing campaigns is highly preferred.
