About the Position
LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Psychiatry MD in Saint Louis, Missouri, 63101!
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist for a locum opportunity in Missouri with an established behavioral health program specializing in Eating Disorders.
Assignment Details:
- Coverage: August 3, 2026 – August 17, 2026 (extension possible)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call: 1 week of call coverage
- Setting: Residential Treatment, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Patient Volume: Approximately 12–15 patients per day
- Patient Population: Adolescents (11+) and Adults
Responsibilities:
- Conduct admission assessments and initial psychiatric evaluations
- Provide weekly follow-up visits for established patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team
- Supervise and work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners
Requirements:
- BC/BE in Psychiatry
- Active BLS certification
- Experience or interest in Eating Disorders preferred
- Fellowship not required
