Job description

HR Manager

SiTime is the Precision Timing company. Timing is the heartbeat of all electronics, ensuring performance, resilience and scalability. For decades, quartz devices, non-silicon technology, have kept systems in sync, but they struggle in harsher, more demanding environments. MEMS-based Precision Timing delivers greater accuracy, smaller size and resilience. Today, MEMS timing powers over 400 applications, including high-growth ones in AI datacenters, automated driving, industrial and humanoid robots, wearables and IoT.

Our semiconductor MEMS programmable solutions offer a rich feature set that enables customers to differentiate their products with higher performance, smaller size, lower power, and better reliability. With more than 4 billion devices shipped, SiTime is changing the timing industry.

  • Support recruiting activities including interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding readiness.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, and HR programs across the region.
  • Maintain HR records, reporting, and documentation in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Partner with the global HR team on talent, compensation, organizational, and people initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational or high-growth environment.
  • Experience supporting employees and managers across multiple APAC countries.

  • Experience managing employee onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Ability to conduct initial intake and fact gathering for employee relations matters and partner with senior HR leaders on resolutions.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • Professional-level English proficiency required, including strong spoken and written communication skills for effective collaboration with global HR teams, employees, and managers.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required to support APAC employees, managers, site visits, HR programs, and regional business needs.

Desired Characteristics & Attributes:
