Our customers come to us almost entirely through affiliates and partners who already have a relationship of trust with them. That makes the on-site and post-purchase experience the single most important lever we have: every visitor already arrived with intent, and our job is to not waste it.
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day performance of our website from the moment someone lands on a product page (usually from a referral link, not an ad) through checkout and into their first weeks as a customer. You'll bring the analytical rigor: reading the funnel, running structured tests, and turning data into a prioritized roadmap.
You'll partner daily with our Designer, who owns visual execution and brand storytelling to move the site forward towards greater effectiveness each week.
