A growing, highly respected commercial flooring contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join its team.

What you’ll do
Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals
Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
Manage awarded projects, including procurement, scheduling, budgets, and documentation
Coordinate installers, subcontractors, suppliers, GCs, and owners
Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, billing, and closeout
What you bring
5+ years of commercial flooring estimating and/or project management experience
Strong knowledge of flooring products, installation methods, plans, and specifications
Proven ability to manage multiple projects while delivering excellent client service
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
