The opportunity As a Senior in the Manufacturing discipline within our Business Performance team, you will play a critical role in the establishment, optimization, or transformation of our organization's manufacturing functions. You will be at the forefront of designing and implementing core manufacturing productivity processes, leveraging digital solutions, and enabling plant transformation to enhance asset productivity and manufacturing agility. Your key responsibilities In this dynamic role, you will contribute significantly to projects and solutions that impact the manufacturing domain. Your informed judgment and use of appropriate methodologies will be essential in providing recommendations that affect your immediate team. You will also assist in coordinating work for junior colleagues or team members, ensuring that performance objectives and metrics are met across client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development, and teaming. Primarily billable to external clients Defines and executes project deliverables Monitors deliverable completion and project status Skills and attributes for success To thrive in this role, you will need a mix of technical and business skills, including: Digital manufacturing expertise and understanding of emerging technologies Optimization of manufacturing networks and operational excellence Strategic thinking with an awareness of the technology landscape and supply chain sustainability Relationship building and commercial astuteness Effective communication, complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and agility in learning To qualify for the role, you must have A Bachelor's degree (4-year) is required. With a preference for candidates possessing at least 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $97,300 to $178,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $116,700 to $202,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
