If you are an inspiring leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to empowering the next generation, we want you on our team!What You Will DoAs a Site Coordinator, you will manage the daily operations, safety, and leadership of your assigned afterschool site. You will create an inclusive environment that fosters academic success, healthy lifestyles, and strong character development.Program Leadership: Plan and oversee high-quality, culturally responsive youth development programs.Staff Mentorship: Recruit, train, and coach site staff and volunteer to maintain an excellent 1:15 staffing ratiomunity Partnerships:Build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and families to support student success.Operational Excellence: Manage site budgets, track attendance data, and run operations efficiently.What We Are Looking ForAge: Must be at least 21 years of age.Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.Certifications: CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain within 3 months).Drive: Valid driver's license Preferred Experience: Working with youth (ages 5-18), supervising staff/volunteers, and proficiency with Google Suite.Why Join Our Team?At the Boys & Girls Club we live by our core values: Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.
