Hourly Pay: $23-$27
Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Behavioral Technician to work one-one-one children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental delays and behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities:Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviorsDocument child progress and milestonesFollow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Qualifications:Passion for working with children and adults with special needsExcellent communication skillsTechnological proficiency including mobile devices for documentationProficiency in the English language is requiredHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredMust be at least 18 years of ageSuccessful completion of 40-hour and ABA Training. Training provided, must be completed prior to providing service. Current CPR and First Aid certificationCurrent PPD or Chest X Ray Ability to effectively elicit/ provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients)Completion of college coursework in one of the following programs: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required*Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.Ready to kick start your career in behavioral health?
