Administrative - Contract Analyst at Administrative Offices (Denver, CO)
M-F 8-5; 40 hrs/wk Bill rate: 100.00/hr Onsite/Remote: Hybrid (3/4 days in office) 13 week assignment MUST have CO license
Job Summary: Under minimal supervision, is responsible for supporting the Legal Department and the organization in representing Denver Health's legal interests and maintaining its operations within the scope established by law. In alignment with Denver Health's overall strategy and mission, provides hands-on, business-focused counsel and representation to the organization requiring specialized legal knowledge with respect to healthcare contracts and any related matters. Must have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of legal, compliance, operational and risk matters as required to craft appropriate agreements for Denver Health, including expertise in one or more specialized fields of legal practice, such as real estate, construction, IT, reimbursement, or managed care. This position reports directly to the General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel and has varying responsibility working with senior leadership and departmental leaders throughout the organization and serves as the primary legal advisor to designated Denver Health clinical or operational units, departments, or functions.

Education: Doctorate degree
Work experience: 7+ years - Experience as a practicing attorney with emphasis in contract legal review and negotiation. Healthcare experience strongly preferred
