Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a compassionate caregiver with a strong foundation in nursing practices, exceptional clinical judgment, and a heartfelt commitment to patient-centered care. This role is integral to supporting patients and their families through some of life’s most sensitive transitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams to determine individualized care needs.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized care plans.

  • Manage acute pain and provide comfort to patients experiencing distress or discomfort.

  • Support patients and families through the end of life process.

  • Apply sterile processing techniques to maintain a safe, hygienic environment.

  • Deliver specialized care to patients prioritizing safety, dignity, and comfort.

  • Collaborate across disciplines to provide holistic care to patients.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative team player.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to nursing best practices.
