In this role, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day office operations-greeting visitors, answering phones, keeping records organized, handling mail and purchase orders, and supporting our team in a variety of ways.What You'll DoEvery day brings something a little different! Your responsibilities will include: Serve as the primary receptionist, answering telephone calls and welcoming visitors while directing questions and inquiries to the appropriate department. Maintain organized business office and facility files. Distribute daily mail. Issue purchase orders and maintain purchase-related records. Compile program-related paperwork and documentation. Assist with maintaining Safety Data Sheet (SDS) books and vehicle maintenance logs. Follow all applicable safety, health, personnel, and workplace procedures. Participate in scheduled in-service training and complete assigned reading and training materials. Build and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, DD Case Managers, QIS, VR, stakeholders, parents, families, and the people we serve. Represent COR Enterprises in a positive and professional manner and follow our Code of Ethics. Protect confidential information related to clients/eligible workers, employees, and contract customers Take on other reasonably related duties as assigned.Bottom line: We're looking for someone who is ready to pitch in, stay organized, communicate well, and help make our office a positive and productive place to be!What You BringTo be successful in this role, you'll need:A high school diploma or equivalent.To be at least 21 years old.Two years of experience in a business environment, including demonstrated proficiency with business office procedures and office equipment.Strong time-management and organizational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach.The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.Schedule & Employment DetailsMonday–Friday8:00 AM–4:00 PMOne-hour lunchRegular business hoursNon-Exempt12-month probationary periodA Few Important DetailsBecause this position supports an active workplace, candidates must be able to meet all applicable employment requirements, including:Successful completion of applicable background checks.If operating a company vehicle, maintaining a valid driver's license and insurability, including an acceptable driving record under applicable insurance guidelines.
