Job Summary (List Format) Structural Design Technician Intermediate

- Develop 3D structural models using Revit or similar design software based on verbal instructions, sketches, or conceptual information.
- Produce complete sets or portions of 2D and 3D structural drawings and details for assigned project scopes, ensuring compliance with department and client standards.
- Support the design of advanced technology manufacturing environments, including semiconductor fabrication and support facilities.
- Independently manage assigned workload and take ownership of deliverables within defined project requirements and direction.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of personal work prior to submission and participate in review and feedback processes.
- Collaborate and coordinate with related disciplines and team members as required for assigned project scope.
- Participate in coordination, QA/QC, BIM, and similar quality and design processes as assigned by project leadership.
- Execute routine tasks independently after receiving initial instructions and seek guidance when project scope or standards are unclear.
- Advance personal design automation skills and adopt emerging technologies in structural design and modeling.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting team members and upholding a positive Culture of Care.
- Work in a hybrid capacity, with at least two days per week in the Tempe, AZ office, and maintain reliable home internet for remote work.
