Immediate need for a talented Program Manager III. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $70/hr - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual audit-readiness workplans.
• Coordinate regulatory, quality, internal, and mock audit activities.
• Manage audit calendars, milestones, and deliverables.
• Facilitate audit preparation meetings and practice sessions.
• Coordinate audit logistics, including meeting rooms and command-center setup.
• Manage attendee lists, schedules, and audit-day support.
• Maintain remediation action-plan trackers and monitor corrective-action progress.
• Track compliance issues and associated corrective actions.
• Inventory and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
• Review new state and federal regulatory requirements and coordinate implementation.
• Support vendor corrective-action plans and monitor delegated commitments.
• Maintain annual training inventories and schedules.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Regulatory and/or compliance experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
