What You’ll Do

• Meet with customers face-to-face and provide exceptional service and support
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent client programs professionally
• Answer questions, provide account support, and communicate important updates
• Learn and apply effective communication and customer engagement strategies
• Work closely with teammates and leadership to achieve team and client goals
• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate account information
• Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to continuously improve your skills
• Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as you grow

The Environment



This is a full-time, on-site position in a fast-paced, people-focused office.
