What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Operator or CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for
• Operating CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements
• Managing multiple machines to keep production on schedule
• Setting up, calibrating, and maintaining CNC equipment
• Conducting inspections using micrometers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
• Dependability and strong work ethic
• Capable of performing simple to complex math calculations
• Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and understanding machining processes
• Experience with deburring, filing, sanding, and shaping parts
• Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines for quality assurance and knowledge of GDT standards
• Ability to use power tools effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn continuously
• Ability to stand on your feet for up to 12 hours a day
