Job Responsibilities:Identify and analyze customer needs, market trends, and technology advancements to propose new product research and development projects.Plan and execute experimental test programs to evaluate materials, processes, and prototype models.Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and marketing to determine the feasibility, cost implications, and market potential of new products.Document each phase of the R&D process, ensuring that findings are recorded for patent applications, and compliance with regulation.Utilize engineering software to simulate, model, and visualize designs, and make necessary improvements based on test results.Stay current with industry standards and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge and comply with regulatory demands.Required Skills:
