If you are energetic, positive, and love making people smile, this role is for you. Team Members help create a warm, welcoming bakery environment while delivering our signature “Joyful Experience” through exceptional service and brand excellence.

Responsibilities:

A Team Member is responsible for providing Bundt—Class Guest Service by:

• Greeting guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality
• Assisting guests with cake selections, customization, and special orders
• Operating the POS system accurately and efficiently
• Packaging cakes with precision and brand consistency
• Maintaining a clean, organized, joyful bakery environment
• Supporting bakery operations, including stocking, cleaning, and prepping
• Upholding brand standards to ensure every guest leaves happier than they arrived

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with a pleasant, polite manner
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 10–20 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout shifts
• Minimum age requirement varies by location is 18+
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must agree to a background check

In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to make cakes for their friends and family. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. They quickly realized this side project of theirs could be something more. There was a gap in the world for delicious cakes, readily available, that didn't compromise on their ingredients. Real eggs, butter and cream cheese; nothing was too good to achieve perfection. And perfection is that decadent, slowly melting bite of cake we all know and love.
Flash forward and the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand has grown nationwide. Built on Dena and Debbie's vision, each bakery still has the warmth and nostalgia of its home-kitchen roots, but we also take a modern approach for the world today.
