Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based clinical interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care and services
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Connect clients with community resources, support services, and referrals
- Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in the state of Virginia
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Experience providing direct clinical services in a behavioral health or social services setting
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
- Strong clinical documentation and case management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse client populations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
