Entry-Level – Willing to Train the Right Candidate

About the Position



We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Commercial Roofing Technician to join our growing team.



Extensive roofing experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn.



Experience in construction, roofing, maintenance, or general labor is a plus, but we are willing to consider candidates who are eager to develop new skills and build a long-term career in commercial roofing.



Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial roof inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Learn to identify and troubleshoot roof leaks.
• Assist with roof restoration, waterproofing, and coating applications.
• Learn to work with different commercial roofing systems and materials.
• Safely use roofing tools, ladders, and equipment after appropriate training.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Work alongside experienced technicians and follow supervisor instructions.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Develop the skills needed to perform roofing service work independently.

Qualifications

• Previous roofing or construction experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor.
• Ability to climb ladders and safely access commercial rooftops.
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of protective equipment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Training and Career Advancement



We provide hands-on training for the right candidate, including:

• Commercial roof leak detection and repairs.
• Roof inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Commercial roof coating systems and application.
• Roofing materials, restoration, and waterproofing.
• Proper tool use and job-site safety.

As you gain experience and demonstrate reliability, strong performance, and leadership potential, opportunities may be available to advance to Senior Technician, Lead Technician, or Crew Leader.
