As an LPN, you will play a key role in delivering quality nursing care, supporting residents, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive outcomes and quality of life.

LPN Responsibilities
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care and clinical support while ensuring compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
Key Duties Include:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
Supervise and coordinate resident care with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff
Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Maintain professional nursing standards and infection prevention practices
Qualifications
Required:
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Montana
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
Preferred:
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute care, assisted living, memory care, or geriatric nursing
Knowledge of medication administration, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
