Pay & Benefits
- Pay rate: $1.00/hour (Note: Supplemental pay packages and benefits are available; details discussed upon application)
- Salary: $136,822 – $179,379 annually, based on experience
- Additional Compensation: Up to $10,000 annually through QVIP incentive, relocation assistance up to $10,000

What You’ll Do
- Provide overnight trauma and acute care surgical services
- Manage trauma admissions, emergency general surgeries, and inpatient care
- Perform patient evaluations, develop care plans, interpret diagnostic tests
- Assist trauma surgeons with procedures, resuscitations, and operative support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to deliver optimal patient care
- Document comprehensive clinical workflows in Epic EMR
- Practice autonomously while adhering to safety and quality protocols
- Support performance improvement initiatives in trauma surgery
What You Need
Required:
- Colorado Physician Assistant license
- Minimum 2 years trauma or surgical experience or completion of surgical fellowship
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work independently and handle complex clinical scenarios
Preferred:
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
