Job description
We are seeking a motivated and organized General Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including general office work, generating leads, tracking new clients, managing emails and phone calls, typing, and filing. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • General Office Work: Perform routine clerical and administrative duties such as typing, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various methods, including online research and networking.
  • Client Tracking: Maintain and update records of new clients, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communication Handle incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls, responding to inquiries and directing calls as needed.
  • Documentation: Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Filing System: Develop and maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a general office role preferred.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Compensation:
  • Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
